Email Marketing

Across CRG restaurant brands, I developed and executed email campaigns supporting openings, regional dining events and seasonal promotions, combining high-volume distribution with creative execution and performance review.

Scale the work without losing the audience.

The 20 distinct reported 2026 campaigns generated 796,312 sends. I selected four campaigns that show both distribution scale and meaningful guest response rather than treating send volume as the only measure of success.

Look beyond distribution.

Together, the four featured campaigns generated 320,459 sends, approximately 78,545 opens and approximately 4,851 clicks. The results helped show different kinds of response: Cocktail Trails generated the highest estimated click volume among the supplied examples, while Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week delivered especially strong click response relative to its audience size.

Use campaign work to introduce a stronger brand direction.

Alongside BRU Burger’s fresh new sips, I developed a proposed BRU Burger brand guide to create more consistency and personality in the creative. The mock guide was approved by the executive team, and I began introducing the refreshed direction through email before extending its elements into additional guest-facing materials.

Email became an early place to test and introduce the refreshed visual system.
