Turn a utility page into a usable experience.
The previous holiday hours experience relied on a long information-heavy format. For 2026, I reorganized the content into restaurant cards and location-based information, including logic for brands with multiple locations. The goal was simple: make the information easier to scan while giving the page a stronger seasonal identity.

Extend the campaign beyond a single page.
I also developed a more campaign-driven gift card page and supported promotional placements across restaurant websites. The holiday visual system carried through color, typography and hierarchy rather than relying on BentoBox’s standard informational layouts.

Read the data without oversimplifying it.
In the supplied GA4 comparison, pop-ups led on absolute traffic and gift-purchase-start volume, while banner-attributed traffic had the higher engagement rate. I treated those as different signals rather than forcing one placement to “win” every metric.
Use AI as a coding assistant, not the creative director.
I used ChatGPT to help write and troubleshoot custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript inside BentoBox. I directed the layout, hierarchy, visual design and guest experience; reviewed and modified the code; tested desktop, tablet and mobile behavior; and made the final decisions about functionality and presentation.
